Process

Every project runs in four steps. After each step you approve, then we move on.

   First call

   We talk about your goal, your customers and what the site needs to do.

2. 02

   Concept and fixed quote

   You get the structure, a timeline and a fixed price before anything starts.

3. 03

   Design

   I design, you give feedback. We refine until it’s right.

4. 04

   Build and go-live

   I build the site, test it on mobile and desktop and put it online. Then the support kicks in.

Premium websites with booking, a shop or integrations we plan by arrangement. We set the timeline with all milestones right at the start.

What I need from you

Good projects are teamwork. From you comes what only you know and have.

• Your content, digital

  Copy, images and logos that should go on the site or into the brand. Ideally collected in one place.

• Access

  For example to your domain, existing website or social media channels, if I’m going to work on them.

• One person who decides

  Feedback from one source saves loops. Tell me who signs off on your side.

• Time for feedback

  I need your feedback on every phase. If material or feedback is missing for more than 14 days, the project pauses.

No logo or colors yet? No problem. Then a brand beforehand or in parallel pays off, from €2,000.

Feedback rounds

I design, you give feedback. We refine until it’s right.

3. I implementand show the next version.
4. You approveand the phase is done.

Tickets and prices

Fixed prices instead of timesheets. You always know beforehand what something costs.

Tickets for changes

• S Quick fix, up to 30 minutes €49
• M Change, up to 2 hours €149
• L Bigger rework, up to 1 day €590

1. You open a ticket at /ticket, no account needed. Describe it briefly, add screenshots.
2. I read it and set the size. You see the price before anything starts.
3. I only start once you approve. You can check the status via your personal link.

Opening a ticket costs nothing, only the approval does. Go to ticket

Packages

All prices net plus VAT. You get the fixed price for your project in the quote before we start. My services are offered to businesses only.

Payment

Simple and clear upfront. All amounts are net, VAT is added.

• Usage rights to the design and website are yours once paid in full.
• Third-party costs like licenses for fonts, images or plugins and printing costs aren’t included in the fee and are covered by you.
• Support is billed monthly and, unless agreed otherwise, runs for six months. After that it renews for six months at a time unless you cancel one month before the end. An email is enough.
• Tickets cost the price you approved. Nothing more. They are billed together once a month.
• Invoices are paid by bank transfer within 14 days.

After go-live

After launch I stay your partner, so design and tech keep fitting together for the long run.

• Support

  Hosting, SSL encryption, maintenance and small changes, from €150 a month.

• Update it yourself

  From the Business Website up, you get a CMS and a walkthrough. Dates, images and short copy you update yourself. New pages, redesigns, design changes and features run through a ticket or the maintenance plan.

• Changes by ticket

  Describe it briefly, add a screenshot, approve the price. Small changes from €49 net.

• As a reference

  I like to show finished work in my portfolio and name you as a client. If you’d rather I didn’t, tell me in writing.
